03 is a permissionless, non-custodial coin launchpad on the Arc network. Every coin trades against a USDC bonding curve and graduates to a locked Uniswap pool. 03 does not hold your funds, does not run the coins launched on it, and does not act as a broker, exchange, or financial intermediary.
Nothing on 03 is investment, legal, or tax advice. Coins launched here are highly speculative and can lose all value. You alone are responsible for your decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
You agree not to use 03 for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or to launch coins that impersonate others, infringe rights, or are illegal in your jurisdiction. Coins are created by users — 03 does not review or endorse them.
Transactions run on-chain through your own wallet. They are final and irreversible. 03 cannot pause, refund, or reverse a trade, and cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address.
The interface is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 03 and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from use of the protocol, smart contracts, or this site.
